My Coffee of The Day is from the Machare Estate on the from the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro in northern Tanzania. One of the most impressive farms in the world, this coffee is simply nothing less but beautiful and has produced one of the best coffees I have tried in my entire life, a sample from the 2003-04 crop cycle. Incredibly well-balanced acidity, fantastic body and a very full aroma that leaves a smooth choclately aftertaste lingering for hours after the first zip.
