JAN 25, 2015–UPDATE: Dear Followers, I just wanted to share this quick snap shot from Guadeloupe because this island paradise is just simply extraordinary, with the most amazing amazing AMAZING coffee history and so well preserved. Here I am taking a look at the old drying trays at La Griveliere coffee estate in Vieux-Habitants, dating back to the 1750s and STILL PRODUCING coffee, the farm is even still using the old water mill and drying trays showed here. Coffee heaven doesn’t get better for true Coffee Lovers … and did I tell you the coffee is AWESOME? More coming up shortly!
